Blizzard Announces Hearthstone Amateur Tourney
Time to show the world what you're made of.

Blizzard will be extending an open invitation to competitors any eligible Hearthstone fans looking to show off their skills in the Hearthstone: Heroes of Warcraft – Amateur Open Tournament. The event will award participants for a chance to win over $10k in cash and prizes; qualifying rounds are scheduled to kick off later this month on December 19.
All tournament entrants will be placed into a series Constructed Play Phases, where each player in the tournament will be required to bring and declare constructed decks to be used throughout the single elimination. The tournament will take place in a best of five match style play tournament format.
The action will be streamed lived via Good Gaming’s official Twitch channel, featuring the shoutcast talents of eSports well-known personalities Kevin Knocke and Ken Mitts.
