Necessary fix?

The Eaglehorn Bow is being updated to activate only when it’s hunter reveals their own secrets. Speculation points to durability loops in mirror matches, and completely deterring use of opposing secrets.

The Hearthstone team is offering players a refund for the card in the way of disenchanting dust. Players can receive the amount of essence required to create the card originally. This offer lasts until August 7th, 2014.
