Spooky will also be present, but will be enjoying the event in “vacation mode”, a well-earned R&R for one of the hardest working individuals in the FGC.

Each tournament circuit at VXG 2013 will consist of sizeable payouts (as outlined below.) Rolando also shed some additional light on the Casino Royale-themed event, featuring a pre-game festival of fun, merriment and legalized gambling where players can bet on eight exhibition match events and enjoy extra winnings. Viewers (aka “stream monsters” at home can participate in the betting pools as well. Entry into the Casino Royal will be $25.00 USD and will take place on Thursday, the night before the event, featuring an open bar and buffet. In addition to enjoying the local nightlife and food, VXG 2013 will guarantee there will be something for everyone. There will also be a special banquet hosted by Cary-Hiroyuki Tagawa, aka The Real Shang Tsung in which a select group of reserved attendees can enjoy a re-enactment of the dinner from Mortal Kombat. These details were disclosed on The On Blast Show, encouraging players to pre-register for the Mortal Kombat tournament.

Last, but certainly not least — the details of Empire Arcadia’s new player will be disclosed tomorrow at Battle Circuit #9 by Spooky himself. So you’ll have to tune into the stream to hear the details.
