GT Academy is to racing fans, the dream. An opportunity to prove yourself as both a gamer and a racer to achieve true greatness virtually and tangibly. In 2014, GT Academy expanded to Mexico, India, Thailand and Austrailia. Going into 2015 Yamaouchi and his team at Polyphony Digital are stepping it up and bring GT Academy to Brazil, Malaysia, and Japan.

Now, the principal sponsor of GT academy hasn’t made any official announcements and this is all coming from a PDF released by the FIA. But even so, the FIA is the authority on international motor racing so it seems reasonable to expect that this report is close to the truth.

From e-sports to motorsports, the season starts again next year.
