Kirby’s Rival Meta Knight Returns for the New Super Smash Bros.

The cheapest character in Smash is back!

Today Nintendo announced the return of Kirby’s rival for Super Smash Bros. for the Nintendo 3DS and Wii U, which could mean a possible return of many headaches for tournament players.

While Kirby made his debut in the original Super Smash Bros., Meta Knight showed up late to the party in Super Smash Bros. Brawl. MK stand out from Kirby by using swords attacks and being able to glide while airborne. He also has his own win tune while most rivals share the same win tune in Smash.

Meta Knight has known for his powerful standings in tournament Smash Bros., and not by a slight margin. He is known for being extremely cheap, convincing some tournaments ban him altogether.

Super Smash Bros. comes to the Nintendo 3DS in October while the Wii U version be available during the holiday season.
