MS Offering $50 Price Cut On New Xbox One Bundles
New SKUs announced and additional savings (for a limited time only).

It looks like Microsoft is looking to make a more aggressive push deflating over Sony’s tight grasp in the current console age by announcing another price drop to the Xbox One. This should be a great incentive for consumers who’ve still been holding out for a more appealing incentive to finally make the investment. Over the past year, the general consensus still hasn’t convinced gamers to open their wallets (and minds) to the alternatives.
Microsoft is banking on capturing more sales this holiday season with the introduction of several new exclusive bundles which will come available with a $50 savings (for a limited time only) including:
- The Xbox One Special Edition Sunset Overdrive Bundle, featuring a sleek white console and wireless controller, a digital copy of Sunset Overdrive, and special Day One edition in-game items – available for $349* ERP.
- The Xbox One Assassin’s Creed Bundle for $349* ERP and Xbox One Assassin’s Creed Bundle with Kinect for $449* ERP featuring what is shaping up to be the biggest, most intense Assassin’s Creed game to date: Assassin’s Creed: Unity as well as Assassin’s Creed: Black Flag on Xbox One.
- The Xbox One Limited Edition Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare Bundle for $449* ERP available starting Nov. 3, featuring a 1TB hard drive, custom console, controller and Limited Edition exoskeleton, plus a digital copy of the Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare Day Zero Edition.
In addition, these bundles will be joined by several new games, notably Halo: The Master Chief Collection, Dance Central Spotlight, Forza Horizon 2, Project Spark and FIFA 15. Will these new offerings help Microsoft turn the tide in the console war, or is this just a sign of the company struggling to stay afloat? It shouldn’t come as much of a surprise to anyone keeping a close watch on the huge gap that recently saw a more significant gain due to an impressive run last month. However the actual number of units sold still hasn’t been determined since neither corporation is willing to be forthcoming with their fiscal reports.
