The World Record holding team inks deal with PDP.

Update: 8:15 p.m. EST – Marketing and Public Relations Director of Empire Arcadia Arthur “Red” Hill released a statement earlier this evening to clarify a miscommunication between his organization, Empire Arcadia and PDP.

The announcement (posted below) was interpreted out of content in which Mr. Hill stated the following:

“First, let me apologize to all of the audiences that have followed my announcement regarding PDP. Due to a miscommunication, I prematurely issued my press release along with various social media statuses.

I have since had to retract everything due to a mistake that I take responsibility for. This mishap does not affect the deal in any way however, as it is going well, it just needs more time to be finalized. The moment everything is completed, I will issue out a new press release and update everyone”

No official statements have been released from PDP regarding the announcement, but based upon Mr. Hill’s statement, we imagine that additional details regarding the business relationship between both parties will be outlined with more clarity in the immediate future.

AGE may be no more, but it doesn’t mean that PDP has left competitive gaming. In fact, they have joined one of the oldest and most storied teams in the FGC.
