Square Enix Confirms Several Final Fantasy Classics for PS4

Square Enix Confirms Several Final Fantasy Classics for PS4

It was only a matter of time before Square Enix would make its official presence on the PlayStation 4, even though if their upcoming titles are based upon classic IPs.

Over the past weekend during the Sony PlayStation Experience event (as well as the PlayStation China press conference), Square ENIX officially announced Final Fantasy VII (YES!) and Final Fantasy X/X-2 HD will be making its way to PlayStation 4. Hm, these releases may very well get me back into playing (and enjoying) RPGs once again!

Fortunately, fans that have yet to experience the game (or need some incentive to pick it up on the next-gen console) can look forward to several system-exclusive features; details will be announced in the near future.

Both titles are planned for release in Spring 2015 via retail and digital distribution. Both games will be sold for $15.99 and $49.99 respectively.
