This year was very special to me and a very select group of gamers that felt like we have been forgotten.  Rumors flew around for months, and then we were teased for weeks before E3! It was well worth the anticipation once we got to the middle of the Microsoft conference.

As with previous years, Microsoft started up the freight train of gaming information known as E3 with their Xbox press conference. Going in, Microsoft knew that they had to make up for the aggressive conference held in 2013, where they attempted to convince consumers that their DRM policies were solid and that the Kinect is vital to life.

Get Ready, Xbox Press Conference Confirmed

The excitement kicks off next month on June 9.

With E3 just around the corner, Microsoft has officially announced the details for their press conference that will take place days before the highly anticipated trade show expo at 9:30 a.m. PST. The “pre-show” coverage will be featured directly on Xbox live, Xbox.com and Windows Phone devices beginning at 9:00 sharp. More details after the jump.
