Unconfirmed E3 2013 Lineup Reveals Darkstalkers 4 as Wii U Exclusive

So much speculation.
Leading up to every annual expo, the interwebs never fails to rally in an endless wave of speculation, heresay and hype. This year doesn’t seem to be showing any signs of deviating from tradition as the latest E3 rumor reveals a swath of plausible well-known reveals and. . .well, a few that seem a little unlikely. According to a NeoGAF member who acquired a “leak” (naturally from a source that remains anonymous) presents a robust list of upcoming sequels for popular IPs including Mega Man, Mirror’s Edge, Halo, Forza and Dead Rising.
However, two titles in particular that seem somewhat hard to believe was the mention of Marvel vs. Capcom 4 and apparently, Darkstalkers Reborn will make its debut as a Wii U exclusive. Currently Ultimate Marvel vs. Capcom 3 maintains strong numbers within the competitive circuit, so why would Capcom choose to release a new crossover at this point in time? And the thought of a new Darkstalkers hitting the Wii U first would definitely be a solid strategic move for Nintendo to push more units (or at least, that would be the desired objective similar to when Tatsunoko vs. Capcom was released for the Wii), but it’s safe to conclude that Capcom wouldn’t pass up the opportunity to make this a multi-platform release at some point in the near future.
There’s also been a lot of speculation that Rare could be bringing back Banjo Kazooie 4 (as pictured in the image below) or Killer Instinct.
While the image below appears to be legit, this information should be taken within a grain of salt until official details are revealed this next week. Here’s the full lineup as follows:
