It seems everyone has something to say lately about Destiny. For some, the gameplay just isn’t as exciting as Bungie’s iconic Halo series. Others can’t seem to shake the reality the entire experience seems to be lacking a modest degree of depth (see: players feel there’s not enough to do), and then there’s the alleged story that has players scratching their heads.

Just what exactly are the Guardians doing defending Earth anyway? Will we ever get to see the Speaker’s face? And what’s the deal with Queen and her fondness for being in the Reef? Well, scratch your heads no longer, one brave soul attempted to piece together the pieces, and it only took him a little under 10 minutes to summarize the plot so far.

As I expressed earlier in our hands-on report, the story just came across really flat to the point I don’t really have an emotional attachment to the characters or their purpose in the game. Out of the entire cast, I’d say the Ghost who tags along has more character and personality than the everyone showcased so far; but I digress.
